This website is intentionally designed to minimise data collection. At launch, no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking services are used.

Krüger Consulting processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to a specific processing activity, its requirements are also taken into account.

When this website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed by the web server. These data are used to operate the website securely and reliably, analyse technical errors and protect against misuse.
The website is hosted by hosttech GmbH in Switzerland. hosttech processes technical data as part of the hosting service.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, telephone number, message and any other voluntarily supplied information, to respond to your enquiry, assess a possible engagement and conduct further communication.
The contact form does not store submitted content in a separate website database. The information is sent via the web server to Krüger Consulting's mailbox. Please do not submit particularly sensitive personal data through the form unless necessary for your enquiry.

Personal data are processed in particular to respond to enquiries, prepare pre-contractual discussions and offers, provide consulting services, conduct business communication, operate the website securely and comply with legal obligations.
6. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be shared with service providers where required for the stated purposes, in particular the hosting and email provider hosttech GmbH. Personal data are not sold and are not disclosed for third-party advertising.

At launch, the website uses a Swiss hosting provider. If future communication or IT services involve transfers abroad, such transfers will take place only in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. This privacy policy will be updated when relevant new services are introduced.
8. Retention
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or where statutory retention requirements apply. Business correspondence and contract-related documents may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

Krüger Consulting takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The website is intended to be accessible exclusively via encrypted HTTPS. Email communication is nevertheless not a completely confidential communication channel.

At launch, this website does not use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and does not use services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag. If additional services are introduced later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
11. Your rights
